David E. Miller is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience leading restaurants, food & beverage operations, and hospitality teams to success. He is known for blending strategic insight with hands-on leadership, helping businesses maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Before founding Shore Hospitality Consulting, David held senior leadership roles with national and regional restaurant groups, including:

  • Director of Operations – Hard Rock Cafe International

  • Vice President of Operations – Joe’s Crab Shack

  • Chief Operating Officer – City Winery

  • Chief Business Officer – Alicart Restaurant Group (Carmine’s Italian Family Restaurants & Virgil’s BBQ)

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring local dining scenes, supporting live music at the Jersey Shore, engaging in community initiatives, and staying inspired by the ever-evolving world of hospitality. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Harry Chapin Foundation.
